Grr… i ate over my calories and the second i did it i regreted it. I was already at my max calories for the day and was really hungry.. so i ate some cereal, then some more cereal (no milk both times), and then a few mm’s. So then i ended up doing a bunch of squats and lunges because i felt SO guilty!! All i can say is thank you God that tomorrow is a new day and i can start all over again. :o)
GREATTT attitude! Tomorrow is a new day AND you exercised some of that off!!! So dont kill yourself over it! You did FINE!
A couple indulgences are A OK! You didnt go overboard and you still worked it off! So FAB job my dear!!!
I couldn’t agree more with Tabb. At least understand that today is always a new day. Let me tell you, I have been away for about two+ weeks now and I haven’t counted calories or worked out and I have maintained my weight. I was shocked. I know I can’t keep up without exercising but it is nice to know that I can take a break and maintain. Keep up the hard work.
